1
Sign up for free
Go to app.alfera.ai and create your account. It is free to start, and you do not need a credit card.
2
Connect your first tool
Choose a tool you already use, such as Gmail or HubSpot. Alfera connects with one-click OAuth, so you do not have to copy and paste API keys or server URLs.
3
Describe your first task
Send Alfera a message in Slack (or mention it in Teams or Gmail) in plain English. For example: “Follow up on all leads who haven’t replied in 3 days.” Alfera will plan the steps, read what it needs, and start working.
4
Review and approve
Alfera will show you a plain-English summary of everything it read, changed, or sent. If a step is customer-facing or destructive, it waits for your one-tap approval before continuing.
5
Set it to run automatically
Choose whether this task should run on a schedule or be triggered by an event, such as a new lead or Monday morning. Alfera will keep working in the background and report back with results.
Approval gates are built in by default. Anything customer-facing or destructive pauses for your review, so you stay in control even when tasks run automatically.
