The four-phase loop
Every task Alfera handles moves through four phases: describe, plan, execute, and review.1
Describe
You tell Alfera what you need in plain English, right where you already work. Send a Slack message, an @mention in Teams, or an email. No forms, no dropdowns, no code.
2
Plan
Alfera reads your request, identifies the connected tools involved (such as Gmail, HubSpot, or Google Sheets), and builds a step-by-step plan. It picks the best model for the job from Claude, GPT, Gemini, or Llama.
3
Execute
Alfera runs each step across your tools. It reads data, sends messages, updates records, creates sheets, or generates presentations. If a step is customer-facing or destructive, it pauses and waits for your one-tap approval before continuing.
4
Review
After the run finishes, Alfera delivers a plain-English audit trail: what it read, what it changed, what it sent, and what it skipped. You can review the result, refine the task, and let it run again.
Proactive mode: triggers and schedules
Alfera is not limited to tasks you assign one by one. You can also set it to work proactively. Choose an event trigger, such as a new lead in HubSpot, a missed reply in Gmail, or Monday morning. Alfera will monitor for that event and start the task automatically. You can also schedule tasks to repeat at fixed intervals, so routine work happens without anyone asking. What Alfera remembers
Alfera learns and retains your company context across tasks. This includes your ideal customer profile, preferred tone, designated approvers, and company policies. When a new task comes in, Alfera already knows how your team communicates and who needs to sign off, so it does not start from scratch every time.Ready to see it in action?
